I love the program and don't have any problems. I formatted my hard drive and when I reinstalled it I needed the key. Called them and they were more than happy to reset it up and running. I use it on a regular basis.
I bought this software about some weeks ago as a full version with a license key. Two days ago when I tried to start it a message popped up: "This is a test version!" Why??? I paid for it - for the FULL VERSION - and now I have only a "test version"?
